Junoll Services will provide a dumpster container to be filled with clients personal property and will transport filled container to to a disposal site for consideration. Contents of said container are the personal property of the clients until disposal at the landfill is complete. Junoll services at no time has any ownership interest in the property being transported.

When requested, we will move a partially filled dumpster to a different location on the same property for a fee of $45 per move.

Dumpster rental is for the time period specified above.  Additional time will be provided at a rate of $10/day if notified at least 24 hours prior to pick-up date. (There are not extensions on 3-day rentals.)

A return pick-up charge of $45 will be assessed if dumpster is blocked or not accessible when driver attempts pick-up on the agreed date. There is a 4 -Ton limit on all containers. Anything over 4 -tons will be charged at 40/ton.

Junoll driver will attempt to place dumpster as specified by client.  The size and weight of this equipment, particularly when filled may possibly cause damage to the premises (i.e.. lawn, driveway, etc.) The undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the driver of this truck and Junoll Services for any and all damage to the premises, which may be claimed by anyone to have arisen out of delivery of this order.

•   Lessee is responsible for loss, theft, or damage to the dumpster while in use during the rental period.

•   Lessee is responsible for obtaining city permit and flashers when dumpster is placed on the street.

The following are NOT allowed in our dumpsters:

•Hazardous waste material (paint, oil, chemicals).

•Yard Waste, branches, leaves, bushes, etc.  (We can dispose separately)

•Rubber tires (disposal fee $6.00 per tire).

•Refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners (disposal fee $45.00 per unit).

•Concrete, concrete blocks, bricks and dirt  (This type of debris can be loaded in our 10-Yard specialty box

only).  Call for separate disposal estimate for larger quantities.

•Violations are subject to a $100.00 handling fee and/or removal of items from the dumpster.

A $25 fee will be assessed for returned checks. Customer is Responsible for all fees related to collections including reasonable attorney and Bank Fees.
